From detailed design, through civil and electrical works, to grid connection and commissioning. We deliver with experienced construction partners, while Scavolt coordinates the whole project and is responsible for schedule, quality and acceptance.

We take over the project at RTB stage and take it through to commercial operation (COD).
Building and detailed design, system configuration and coordination of disciplines based on the RTB documentation.
Supply of BESS, PCS, transformers and switchgear – scheduling, transport and factory acceptance.
Site preparation, foundations, internal roads, drainage and fencing.
LV and MV cabling, switchgear, earthing and lightning protection.
MV/HV transformer substation and grid connection, coordinated with the DSO.
EMS integration, DSO telemetry, monitoring and remote access.
Detection and suppression systems, safety zones and fire safety approvals.
FAT/SAT tests, commissioning, DSO compliance tests and COD.
We define the EPC scope using a detailed checklist. For every project we price each item separately and assign who is responsible for it – from grid connection fees to NC RfG compliance tests.
In addition, category F contains 14 optional items (e.g. landscaping, walkways, levelling, type tests) and category G 19 alternative variants that let you compare solutions and prices. Unit prices are presented in the offer for a specific project.
We combine BESS technology know-how with our construction partners’ experience. That way the storage system is designed and built with its operation and earnings in the years ahead in mind.
Scavolt runs the project from start to finish: schedule, budget, reporting and communication with the DSO.
Civil and electrical works are carried out by proven construction partners experienced in renewables and MV/HV grids – selected for the project’s scale and location.
Our team supervises construction, carries out interim and final acceptance and looks after the as-built documentation.
This is the kind of documentation we prepare before construction: a concept for a 15.75/0.69 kV transformer substation for an energy storage system with four PCS units.

Site health and safety plan, subcontractor coordination and safe site organisation.
Acceptance and tests in line with DSO requirements and the NC RfG code.
Complete as-built documentation, test reports and operating manuals.
Smooth handover to O&M: 24/7 monitoring and guaranteed availability >95%.
Send us the grid connection conditions, storage power and capacity, and location. We’ll prepare the EPC scope, schedule and quote. Don’t have a project yet? See our RTB projects.
